Tim has been Head of Office in the South West since 2012. This role involves ensuring the smooth running of our Exeter, Plymouth and Truro offices. He is also a Divisional Director and an Investment Manager, creating and managing bespoke portfolios for the clients of independent financial advisers as well direct private individuals.
He particularly enjoys helping multigenerational families to achieve their financial dreams. He specialises in pensions, helping with both corporate and individuals’ pension schemes.
In 1998, Tim took on his first role as a private client Investment Manager at Prudential-Bache in London, completing his training on Wall Street. From there he joined Gerrard in 2001 before helping to set up the RBC Brewin Dolphin Exeter office in 2004. Since then, this office has merged with the newer Plymouth and Truro offices to form one of the largest wealth managers in the region. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
