RBC Brewin Dolphin advocates a ‘speak up’ culture. By promoting a culture of openness and accountability we aim for our employees, suppliers, clients and third parties to feel safe and protected when reporting concerns of inappropriate or unethical behaviour at RBC Brewin Dolphin.

RBC Brewin Dolphin has an internal Speak Up Policy in place (formerly known as the Whistleblowing Policy) including mandatory training and supporting guidance, which provides our staff with information on how to raise concerns. Further, external parties (such as suppliers, clients or other third parties) can raise concerns by e-mailing speakup@brewin.co.uk
