RBC Brewin Dolphin advocates a ‘speak up’ culture. By promoting a culture of openness and accountability we aim for our employees, suppliers, clients and third parties to feel safe and protected when reporting concerns of inappropriate or unethical behaviour at RBC Brewin Dolphin.

RBC Brewin Dolphin has internal Speak Up and Whistleblowing policies and frameworks in place,  including mandatory training and supporting guidance, which provides our staff with information on how to raise concerns. Further, external parties (such as suppliers, clients or other third parties) can raise concerns by using the RBC Conduct Hotline. The hotline is administered by ClearView Strategic Partners Inc.  Concerns can be reported online through ClearView Connects  (by entering ‘RBC’ in the organization field).”

All concerns raised will be investigated and treated as confidential with details securely stored.
