More money moves markets

This week we speak to Simon Ward, Economic advisor to Janus Henderson and author of the blog: Money Moves Markets, about his outlook for the economy and markets. Simon has an approach which looks at money supply, a phenomenon which is unquestionably expanding by some measures, as well as cycles which he sees as following regular patterns. We therefore wanted to ask him how this approach deals with structural breaks to cyclical activity such as the coronavirus and related lockdown. Simon gives his outlook for the economy and asset prices over the short, medium and long term.
