Robyn is an Office Manager and Assistant Director in the RBC Brewin Dolphin Newcastle office. She sees herself as a ‘fixer’, finding solutions to any problems in the office, continuously identifying and implementing process and system improvements.
Her aim is to ensure that the office works efficiently to its full capacity. This involves managing the costs and timescales around projects such as an office re-fit. She is proud of being able to solve problems quickly thanks to her broad range of management and planning skills, experience and contacts.
Robyn joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2012 as a trainee working in the Newcastle office’s Operations department and getting to grips with the back-office processes and systems. She became Office Manager for the Newcastle front office in 2018.
