Rob brings extensive career experience to the task of looking after a mixture of private clients, pension funds and charities and heads a team looking after around £1billion of client assets. He sits on several internal committees, including Asset Allocation, Investment Governance and Investment Risk.
A former head of the London City office and cohort head, his broad industry knowledge is invaluable to clients and in his role as a media spokesman for RBC Brewin Dolphin. Throughout his career he has always enjoyed helping colleagues in their career progression.
Rob began his own career in the City with Savory Milln, a small broking house, in 1986. He worked as an investment manager for several firms that, after various acquisitions, eventually became Barclays Wealth Management. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, he joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2007.
