Divisional Director – Financial Planner

“It’s about helping clients achieve their goals and objectives by making sensible decisions with their wealth. Developing personal relationships with clients is vital if you are going to work effectively with them. Focus on them, not the money, and find out what makes them tick.”

Nicholas joined RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Winchester office in 2022 and is a Financial Planner, helping individuals and their families to develop long-term financial planning strategies. As part of his role, he helps clients to structure all aspects of their finances and provides advice on investments and pensions, intergenerational transfers, income protection and estate and retirement planning.

He has a particular expertise in using cashflow modelling and financial forecasting to help clients make important spending and saving decisions. Nicholas is skilled in dealing with clients with more complex affairs such as entrepreneurs, private equity professionals and venture capitalists and he also advises professional sports teams.

Nicholas previously worked as Financial Planner at Stonehage Fleming (formerly Fleming Family & Partners Wealth Planning) before moving to Investec Wealth & Investment in 2018. He is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, a Chartered Financial Planner, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
