Lucie joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2014 and spent 4 years as a Business Development Manager before coming Head of Intermediary Sales for the Group in 2016. She became the first female Head of Office in Newcastle in 2020 and in 2023 she became Managing Director for the Northern Region.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the wealth management industry with strong leadership skills and expertise in nurturing teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients of RBC Brewin Dolphin. She leads more than 500 people delivering strategy, financial budgets, growth, governance and is responsible for the client facing people within her region.
Lucie is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Member of the Personal Finance Society.
