Katy joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2017 and works with the North and South team Regional Sales Managers, to support the management of the Business Development team and their intermediary firms. She is responsible for providing excellent client service to maintain and develop these business relationships, dealing with queries and producing performance research to enable intermediary firms to make an informed decision about partnering with us.
Her role also includes engagement with the Business Development team on behalf of the Regional Sales Managers, diary management and organising events aimed at building the company’s relationships with existing intermediary clients and attracting new business. She is particularly skilled in understanding client needs and providing strategic support to facilitate smooth collaboration and sustaining strong relationships with intermediary partners.
