Johnny was made Head of Office in Edinburgh in 2021, the second biggest office in RBC Brewin Dolphin with over 100 staff. Johnny oversees office strategy and growth, the Leadership team and day-to-day management and motivation of the office.
The relationships we form with clients is incredibly important to him and leading a team who also want to do their best for clients has been very fulfilling. He believes it is vital to have a can-do attitude and to focus on the positives.
Johnny joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in Edinburgh in 2009 as Head of Financial Planning before becoming Head of Business Development and Growth in 2015, where he oversaw relationships with key professional contacts such as solicitors, accountants and tax advisers. Johnny has a BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning.
