James is an Investment Manager and Divisional Director in our London office. He manages and constructs bespoke portfolios for private clients, trusts, charities, pensions and corporates. This includes looking after multigenerational family needs.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager. Also, he holds a number of financial planning qualifications which he believes gives him a more detailed understanding of the issues facing investors.
After leaving university James worked in politics before beginning his financial services career in 2001 at Mount Street Investors. He moved to Coutts as a Private Banker in 2005 and then Brown Shipley as an Investment Manager. He joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2008.
