James works in our Bristol office and holds the role of Business Development Sales Support. He works in the specialist intermediaries team, helping to encourage independent financial advisers (IFAs) to use RBC Brewin Dolphin’s investment and financial planning services.
He supports two highly experienced business development managers in the office and helps make their lives easier by carrying out a large number of administrative tasks. He is also proactive in networking to find new clients, with him regularly contacting potential IFA clients in the South West region both online and at seminars. He is proud of his planning and people skills.
James began his financial services career in 2019 on a business finance graduate scheme at Time Finance. He then became a Sales and Marketing Associate at the IFA broker Gunner & Co in 2021, before joining RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2022.
