James is a Senior Investment Manager in RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Newcastle office. He manages the investment portfolios of private clients including high-net-worth individuals, trusts and pensions.
He is proud of the strong client relationships he has built up during his career. He meets his clients regularly and works hard to ensure that their views on investment and strategy are reflected in their portfolios. He is also heavily focused on ensuring that wealth is successfully cascaded down the generations of a family and is protected. As such he works closely with Newcastle’s Financial Planning team.
James was a professional rugby player for Newcastle Falcons before joining RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2001 as a Trainee Investment Manager. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
