Gordie is a member of our Birmingham Intermediaries team, working closely with independent financial advisers (IFAs) to help manage the investment portfolios of their clients.
After joining the Intermediaries team in 2011, he helped to significantly grow its funds under management, and he continues to assist with developing new business. Charity is also important to him and a fundraising initiative he led raised more than £10,000 for cancer support group, Help Harry Help Others.
Gordie’s career in investment management began in 2000 when he joined Williams de Broe, having previously been a professional rugby player for Worcester RFC. He moved to Brewin Dolphin in 2005 and is now a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
