George joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2023 and is a wealth executive, a paraplanner role, supporting senior wealth directors who provide, often complex, financial planning advice to clients.
George plays a key role in researching client’s balance sheets and then discussing the potential advice with the wealth directors to then produce client suitability reports. This involves regularly attending client meetings to demonstrate the wider team behind the advisers and to build resilient client relationships and plans for the future. No two cases are the same and often they can be very complex i.e. the type that ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families naturally accrue through their wealth creation journey.
George, who is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, began his career in financial services in 2020 at Timothy James & Partners where he obtained the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. He is now actively working his way towards chartered financial planner and, hopefully, fellowship of the Personal Finance Society while being an integral part of the team at RBC Brewin Dolphin.
