David joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2007 and is a Business Development Manager in the Newcastle office. He covers the Northeast and Cumbria regions, explaining RBC Brewin Dolphin’s investment solutions to independent financial advisers.
The aim is to sign them up to the Group’s managed portfolio or bespoke, discretionary managed service so that they can concentrate on advising clients. He believes it is a privilege to promote not only RBC Brewin Dolphin’s solutions but also our brand and culture.
David has a wealth of experience in the role and extensive knowledge of all the key operational business functions in RBC Brewin Dolphin. This has been gained through working in the Group’s Business Development Sales Support team, the Research Operations desk and the Intermediaries office. He became a Business Development Manager in 2018. He is currently studying towards his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
