David has been with Brewin Dolphin for 23 years. After graduating from University with an MA (Hons) degree, David started in the group’s research department in Edinburgh before relocating to London to head up the unit trust research function. After two years in London, David returned to Edinburgh to take up his current position in 2004 and manages a wide range of institutional and charity mandates.
David has provided tailored training on markets and investment matters for a wide range of boards and has a keen interest in investing responsibly and getting it right for each client. David is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute. He has two children and enjoys films, cycling and golf in his spare time. He is also a Trustee of Capability Scotland.
