Chelsea is a Business Development Sales Support, assisting our business development managers in East Anglia and East Midlands. She is responsible for supporting intermediaries, such as independent financial advisers, as they work with RBC Brewin Dolphin.
Her role includes providing excellent client service to maintain and develop these business relationships, with her answering any queries the intermediaries might have. She also helps with networking and marketing within the Business Development team.
Chelsea initially spent a year as a Receptionist at locally based Ross Coates Solicitors before joining our Ipswich office in a similar role in 2013. She progressed to her current role by 2017. She has the Investment Operations Certificate through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
