Catriona joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2018 and is Office Manager in our Edinburgh office. She heads up the support function and works in conjunction with the office’s wealth managers and financial advisers to ensure the best client experience possible.
She is also heavily involved in all the operational aspects of the office and is the main point of contact for projects around processes and systems. This has included improving the onboarding process, making it easier and more efficient for new clients. She is proud of her varied business background from specialist retail to Operations Manager at a property lettings agency.
She joined RBC Brewin Dolphin as it allowed her more opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
