Callum is a Divisional Director and an Investment Manager in our Edinburgh office. He manages the investment portfolios of high-net-worth private clients, specialising in global equities.
His financial services career has taken him all over the world, from South America to Europe. He still looks after some overseas clients, although the majority are based in Scotland. He likes the eclectic mix of clients he has and takes the time to meet with them in person where possible.
Callum started out as a trainee at Samuel Montagu & Co in 1989, a merchant bank in the City. In 1993 he joined the stockbroker James Capel (part of HSBC) as an Investment Manager. Here he worked in the international department, managing global equities while helping overseas private clients. He then moved to Bell Lawrie White (now RBC Brewin Dolphin) in 2004 in his current roles. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
