Blair moved to the Brewin Dolphin Dundee office in 2017 and provides financial planning advice to mainly private clients. His degree in accountancy and wide-ranging career experience means he has particular expertise in tax planning.
He began his career in financial services in the direct salesforce for Scottish Widows in 2002 and then moved to Axa Wealth as Financial Planning Manager in 2005. In 2013, he became an Account Manager at Prudential Assurance before moving to HSBC where he developed from Premier Relationship Manager to Premier Client Manager.
By the end of his time at HSBC he was working with clients holding assets of between £500,000 to £3million. Blair is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is working towards full chartered status.
