Assistant Director – Office Manager

Belinda joined RBC Brewin Dolphin Cardiff in 2016 and is responsible for managing operations in the office and building relationships, in order to deliver our core business objectives. In addition to this, Belinda continues to develop strategic partnerships and professional connections across Cardiff, in order to enhance the business.

An Assistant Director, Belinda is a member of the management team in Cardiff, helping deliver strategic change projects, diversity and inclusion, staff development and marketing. In this role she is proud to have been involved in improving the diversity of our interview panels across the country.

Belinda began her professional service career in Cardiff before moving to London to join Davies Arnold Cooper in 1995, moving to an executive support role at Allen & Overy in 1997. In 2008 she became Project Support Manager & Executive Officer at Geldards before moving to RBC Brewin Dolphin. Belinda is a qualified Agile Project Manager and has a Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management from the ILM.
