Alex joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2000 and is an Investment Manager. He manages discretionary portfolios for private clients as well as for trusts, ISAs, pensions and offshore bonds. He also manages the portfolios of intermediary clients.
Alex is proud of the personal relationships he develops with clients, many of which have lasted for 20 or 30 years. He is also proud of being one of the founder members of RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Events Marketing team.
He began his stockbroking career in the private client department of Williams de Broe in 1983. In 2000, he and his fellow directors moved to RBC Brewin Dolphin, helping the office build its discretionary services proposition. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
