Ross began his career in finance with Bank of Scotland in 2010, where he then progressed to become a Financial Adviser at Scottish Widows, where he built a strong technical understanding of pensions and long-term planning. In 2021, he joined RBC Brewin Dolphin, where he continues to support clients with personalised retirement strategies designed to provide clarity and peace of mind.
Before moving into financial services, Ross served in the Royal Air Force, where he developed a strong sense of discipline, responsibility and service — values that remain central to his client relationships today. He also worked as a personal trainer, reinforcing his belief that with the right guidance, structure and knowledge, people can achieve lasting results.
