Brewin Dolphin, the wealth manager, has signed British professional golfer Laurie Canter in a two-year sponsorship until December 2023.
Laurie will help raise the brand visibility of Brewin Dolphin amongst existing and potential clients with the company’s new logo displayed on his shirt during all of his tournaments. He will also engage in various in-person appearances and social media activity.
In response to the sponsorship, Laurie Canter said: “Brewin Dolphin is a company with a long heritage of helping people to manage their investments and plan effectively for their financial future. I’m delighted to be working with them on this exciting sponsorship programme.”

Laurie, who is from Bath, turned professional in 2011 when he won the Spanish Amateur Championship. He had his first top 10 finish on the DP World Tour at the 2020 Hero Open and has gone on to match or improve this a further 12 times. His recent record at Rolex Series events includes second place at the prestigious 2021 BMW PGA Championship and fifth place at the season-ending 2020 DP World Tour Championship. His performances in 2021 earned him 24th position on the Race to Dubai and he is now ranked inside the top 100 of the Official World Golf Ranking.
