Wealth management company Brewin Dolphin has won four Citywire Wealth Manager Regional Stars awards in recognition of the quality of its service for IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers) in the Midlands (Birmingham and Oxford), the East (Ipswich), the North (Manchester) and in Scotland (Edinburgh). The company won half of the eight awards given out.
The award wins further endorse Brewin Dolphin’s intermediary offering, which is driven by 18 regionally based business development managers across the country as well as dedicated teams of investment professionals in each office who look after the local IFA market.
The annual Citywire Wealth Manager Regional Stars Awards are a reflection of adviser sentiment, as they are voted for by the IFA community. The awards are a platform for advisers to rate discretionary wealth management companies on the quality of their service and investment proposition. This year, IFAs ranked individual wealth management offices on nine criteria: value for money; satisfaction with investment outcome; accessibility of key contact; quality of reporting; quality of additional research and data; crisis communication; promptness of information; usefulness of digital interface; and call to action/turnaround times.
