Brewin Dolphin is moving to larger premises in Cardiff. The investment manager, which specialises in complete investment management for private clients and charities, has seen considerable growth in its Cardiff business in recent years and is moving with a view to further expansion.
The new office in Callaghan Square is in the heart of Cardiff – close to public transport links and the retail centre. Several other professional firms have also taken premises in the surrounding area recently.
It will provide an enhanced environment for both staff and visiting clients. There are now 27 staff working at the Cardiff office (the office had a team of only six when it joined the Brewin Dolphin Group following the Group’s takeover of Bell Lawrie in 1993).
David Myrddin-Evans, Head of Brewin Dolphin in Cardiff said; “Callaghan Square has recently been designated as the new financial services enterprise zone for Cardiff – this is particularly exciting and we look forward to many more enterprising businesses locating near us in the future.”
