Jamie Cumming, Head of Corporate Advisory & Broking at Brewin Dolphin said, “The award demonstrates our team’s consistently high levels of service and is clear evidence of our ability to compete at a European level.”
The individual rankings were as follows:
- Jon Lienard – Number 2 Stock Picker in Machinery sector
- Sahill Shan – Number 1 Stock Picker in Hotels & leisure sector
- James Tetley – Number 1 Stock Picker in Chemicals sector
This award was won by the Corporate Advisory & Broking Division just days after their parent Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc closed an Agreement to transfer the division to a new partnership to be called N+1 Brewin.
N+1 Brewin will be capitalised jointly by European Financial Advisory and Asset Management Group N+1, senior management from the Brewin Dolphin Corporate Advisory & Broking Division and Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc.
Santiago Eguidazu, Chairman of the N+1 Group said, “We are very pleased that the Brewin Dolphin research team has been so highly recognized in this year’s European awards. This shows our ability to provide top quality services to our investors”.
The Division will remain a Brewin Dolphin Group operating subsidiary until completion, which is anticipated to take place by the Group’s year end in September 2011.
