Brewin Dolphin Appoints Henry Algeo to the Board of Directors

Brewin Dolphin one of the largest independent private client investment managers is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Algeo to the Company’s Board of Directors as an Executive Director.

Henry Algeo joined Brewin Dolphin in February 2005 as Head of its new Belfast office and was appointed Regional Managing Director for Scotland and Northern Ireland in October 2007. He was also appointed to the Board of Brewin Dolphin Limited in October 2007.

Henry started his career in 1974 at the London broking firm of Simon Coates and later joined Josias Cunningham, where he went on to become a Partner, Director upon Corporation, Finance Director and finally Managing Director in 2002.

Jamie Matheson, Executive Chairman, said ‘I am delighted that Henry will be joining the Board where he will bring the benefit of his very considerable experience in both client facing and operational areas of our industry.’
