Wealth manager Brewin Dolphin is announcing its six-event cycling programme for 2018 in conjunction with UK Cycling Events. The Brewin Dolphin Velo Series is set to be even bigger and better than before and will feature a series of road cycling sportives in Monmouthshire, Oxfordshire, Derbyshire, Fife, Hampshire and Surrey, with each one offering riders the chance to experience some of the most picturesque and rugged riding terrains in the UK.
The series kicks off with the Wye Tour on 17 March 2018 that will include celebrity riders Yanto Barker (Tour of Britain and Commonwealth Games professional cyclist), Matt Rowe (ex-European champion), and Rebecca James (a former professional racing cyclist).
Each of the six Velo events will offer a complete sporting experience, where participants can choose from three routes – epic, standard and short – with each being fully supported medically and mechanically, and with aid points and well-stocked feed stations. In addition, those participants who purchase a Brewin Dolphin Velo Club ticket can experience a VIP day complete with complimentary breakfast and lunch, the chance to ride with celebrity guests, and a custom Brewin Dolphin jersey.
