Keynote speech by HomeServe founder, Richard Harpin
Wealth manager RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Birmingham office recently hosted its first growth workshop event for the region’s business community with esteemed entrepreneur and founder of FTSE100 company HomeServe and the Business Leader hub, Richard Harpin, as the keynote speaker.
Business owners and entrepreneurs were treated to an afternoon of lively networking, discussion groups and an informative session with Richard Harpin, who spoke about the successes and challenges of his own entrepreneurial journey as well as his nine secrets to building a billion-pound business. Among his top tips for success are securing early-stage investment, gaining the valuable advice of a mentor and having a solid legacy plan in place for when you decide to exit your business.
