Brewin Dolphin, the wealth manager, has announced the appointment of Jenny Quan to its growing ‘1762’ team at 8 Waterloo Place in St James’s, London.
Jenny has joined Brewin Dolphin as investment manager and will further boost the international investment capability of the team which focuses on the ‘1762 from Brewin Dolphin’ proposition.
Joining from Smith & Williamson where she was associate director, Jenny will focus on managing portfolios for individuals and families both on and offshore. She brings experience of managing global multi asset portfolios for private clients and offshore trusts, with particular emphasis on global direct equities and high net worth tier one investor visa clients.
Her appointment marks the continued growth of the ‘1762 from Brewin Dolphin’ team which specialises in clients with more complex requirements. The team places great emphasis on providing wealth planning for its clients, and its innovative investment management services are underpinned by a broad range of investment solutions.
Commenting on the appointment, Simon Blowey, head of 1762, said: “We’re pleased to announce that Jenny has joined our team at Waterloo Place. We have been following her career with interest, particularly since she won a Rising Star Award1 for investment management in 2019. Jenny’s appointment is the third addition to the team in the last few months, after a spate of new hires and growing the new office to a total headcount of over 50.
