Karen is a senior wealth executive. She supports the financial planning advisors helping ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals plan their finances. This involves focussing on areas including estate planning, pensions and ISAs, investment advice, enterprise investment schemes and venture capital trusts.
Her role encompasses preparing client suitability reports and carrying out the technical research behind the strategies. She has the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is an associate member of the Personal Finance Society.
After working in government, Karen began her financial services career with RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2012 as a business manager. She became a paraplanner in 2019, taking on her current role in 2021.
