Brewin Dolphin has been named as sponsor for this year’s Shrewsbury Flower Show on 12th and 13th August.

Brewin Dolphin is one of the UK’s largest independent private client investment managers and has 42 offices throughout the UK and Channel Islands. This is the first time the company, based at Shrewsbury Business Park, has sponsored the Flower Show.

David Hall, Head of the Brewin Dolphin office in Shrewsbury said: “The Shrewsbury Flower Show has become a key event in the local calendar providing such an enjoyable day out.

“Brewin Dolphin is delighted to sponsor this fantastic event within our community and be a part of what is now the longest running flower show in the world.”

Over 60,000 visitors are expected to enjoy the magnificent floral displays, seven inspirational show gardens, adrenaline fuelled action from the Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team, Grade A show jumping, bands, fireworks and demonstrations by celebrity chef, Gino D’acampo, and TV gardener, Chris Beardshaw, over the course of the two days.

Flower Show sponsorship co-ordinator, Matt Sandford commented:

“I’m proud to welcome Brewin Dolphin as first time sponsors of the show, this investment is important for the lifeblood of the show and I wish them an enjoyable and successful event.”

For food enthusiasts there will be cookery demonstrations, local produce for sale and one of the largest wine and honey selections in the country.  More than 50 exhibitors will be housed in the Quarry Marquee and a varied range of over 70 crafts in the Home and Craft Marquee.
