Declaration of Final Dividend<\/strong><\/p>

The Board declares a final dividend of 10.75p per share. The final dividend is payable on 7 February 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 January 2018 with an ex-dividend date of 11 January 2018.<\/p>
