Fluent Welsh-speaker Geraint will continue to manage Brewin Dolphin\u2019s Welsh speaking clients. He is also deputy chairman of Cwlwm Busnes Caerdydd.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>Thomas Moore, who is also a Welsh speaker, has joined the office as an investment management assistant.<br \/>  <br \/>  Victoria Tilstone (CISI accredited), who joined the Adviser Partnership Team in Cardiff in 2016 with 18 years\u2019 industry experience, has been promoted to assistant director. She will take on additional responsibilities within the company\u2019s discretionary management service to advisers and their clients in the Wales and West area.<br \/>  <br \/>  Joining Victoria in an assistant director capacity is Meirion Davies, who has been promoted from his current position as head of the Cardiff office\u2019s Portfolio Management team.
