Biography
Stephen began his finance career in the Building Society movement before moving into asset management and he joined Brewin Dolphin in March 2000. Since then his team has grown into one of the largest within the Group with assets in excess of £600 million under management. He became joint Head of the London Office in 2008 and sits on the Group’s Asset Allocation Committee. He was appointed as a Director of the operating company, Brewin Dolphin Limited in October 2009.
Stephen’s views on markets are frequently sought out by the media and he is a contributing author to the Institute of Directors Handbook of Personal Wealth Management. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and also holds the Diploma in Financial Services.
