The Investment Management office became part of the Brewin Dolphin group in mid 1998 following the acquisition of Wise Speke. A further acquisition of local broker Broadbridge was completed in May 2000, which was closely followed by another team joining in August 2001.
We now have 30 members of staff responsible for the management of some £700m of client monies. Our portfolio management services cover private clients, ISAs, Charities, Trusts, Pension Funds, and SIPPs, and we have executives with specialist knowledge in all of these areas.
Our Corporate Finance office opened in mid 1998, and with 10 members of staff, are now Advisers and Brokers to 37 quoted companies. The team specialise in offering advice to companies on all aspects of IPO’s, Private Equity, Recapitalisations, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
