Biography
Vinay Bedi brings excellent understanding of fundamental analysis as well as a good strategic view to the management of funds. He obtained a BSc honours Degree in Management Sciences at UMIST and then trained as a stockbroker in Manchester from 1986, joining the company in
Newcastle upon Tyne two years later. Concentrating on Institutional Research, he was promoted to Director and Head of the Institutional Research and Sales Department in 1991. He helped grow that division into one of the most successful and highly regarded smaller companies’ operations in the sector, while being instrumental in helping enhance the company’s overall profile nationally. He joined the asset management team in 1998 and is a qualified member of the CFA Institute.
